This thrust builds workforce capacity through community development, curriculum innovation, and broadening participation. Activities include annual workshops, a new graduate semester course and textbook on sustainable computing, modular course units for existing curricula, and summer schools for students from underrepresented institutions. All seven partner universities contribute to a coordinated broadening participation plan.
